Peanut Butter and Chocolate Stuffed Dates
Serves: approx. 4 people
Ingredients:
225g punnet of Medjool Dates
70-100g peanut butter
200g melting chocolate (milk, dark or white chocolate)
Method:
Line a plate with baking paper
Cut a slit on each date and remove the seed
Fill the hole where the seed was with peanut butter
Melt chocolate
Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate and place on baking paper
Put the plate of dates in the fridge and allow the chocolate to set
Once set, grab a date and enjoy!
Tips & Hints:
Sprinkle stuffed dates with sea salt flakes
