Peanut Butter and Chocolate Stuffed Dates

Serves: approx. 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 225g punnet of Medjool Dates

  • 70-100g peanut butter

  • 200g melting chocolate (milk, dark or white chocolate)

Method:

  • Line a plate with baking paper

  • Cut a slit on each date and remove the seed

  • Fill the hole where the seed was with peanut butter

  • Melt chocolate

  • Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate and place on baking paper

  • Put the plate of dates in the fridge and allow the chocolate to set

  • Once set, grab a date and enjoy!

Tips & Hints:

  • Sprinkle stuffed dates with sea salt flakes
